WEEK THREE WEIGH IN

It's week three...wow. Hope everyone is doing well. Please add up your percentage thus far so I can update the standings. Also, answer the following questions

3. I fell off the wagon with my journaling. So not sure if I made my calories for the day...and if I don't I don't lose. I also had pizza at costco on Sat. and Sunday I had a club sandwich which I though was okay...but they forgot to go light on the mayo.:(
4. drink more water, go to 2 5:45 am spin classes and continue to journal

Down 1.6 @ 240.4. Slow and steady. I think that is 5.2 total or 2.1%. I am also sick right now which helps with my appetite.

Cookies and ice cream is probably not good for the diet
So I still am at 1.5%

I am trying to do 45 minutes of something everyday even weekends if possible.



Why is laying on the couch so much more enjoyable but guilt inducing and exercise the opposite? What exercises could I do on the couch? That will be my research for the week.”

Ok so I totally forgot to weigh in last week. but I didn't lose anything. and this I somehow managed to lose a pound which is surpriseing to me, because i pigged out yesterday for the superbowl.

So I'm down a total of 2 pounds.
