So here we are...it's been one week and it is time for our weigh in. Just remember sometimes it takes awhile for your body's metabolism to kick into gear so if you don't find the results you are looking for this week don't give up! We have 11 weeks to go! Hey Jason and Ed I don't need to win the money I just need to bet you.
Yeah, so I actually gained 1.6 pounds.
How I did it, I didn't work out but only 1 day, and my diet wasnt' the greatest.
My goal for next week. To try harder and actually lose some weight!!

2. I don't that it worked...I feel better eating 5 small meals a day
3. Get on the tredmill or workout at the gym at least 4 days a week

2. Tried to eat fewer white carbs and worked out four days..got the new Wii Fit

Mike lost 8.2 lbs and now weighs 268.4 for a percentage of 2.96
Weigh In: 228lbs, lost 10lbs, 4.2 Percent
1. 0 - 0% (at least I didn't gain)
2. I was down a few days this week...I was good at drinking my water. I didn't have a cookie when Laurent did at Panera ;-) I ate too much bread at Sheesh!
3. More treadmill and journal.
1. Lost 3 lbs, or 1.53%
2. Cut down on fast food and bad snacks
3. Do something physical this week
1.Ok, so I gained 1 pound :-(
2.I did all the right stuff, maybe it will pay off next week.
3.Eat 5 small healthy meals and work out 5x week.
I lost 1.43% total.

2. eat less at night, no hot cocoa as a late night treat :( and nursed a hungry baby :)

I am down 1.075%!!
lost two pounds
shoveled snow and no snacking
clear off and use the nordic track
1. stayed the same
2. will eat only vegetables at night
3. will work out on the Nordictrac 3 to 4 times per week.
1. -2.6 or ~1% - slow and steady wins the race
2. Eating more fruits and veggies - I got all my work outs in, too
3. Eat at least 3 meal replacement shakes everyday next week
My bets are on Mark to beat the beets out of me.
This is for Week 2 weigh in.
I lost 1.8 pounds this week. which puts my percentage at .85.
At least I didn't gain this week!!!
