FINAL WEIGH IN

Hey Everyone! Hope this experience has been beneficial but hey...lets not stop here join us again for another 12 weeks. Go to www.bcgettinghealthy.blogspot.com to sign up. We have an option of a class too and there is two mandatory weigh ins. One on Saturday the 4th and then Saturday June 20th at Sarah Stoddard's house. After that you can choose to go to the meetings and weigh in there or do it via the blog like before. Either way there will be tips on nutrition on the blog. Remember the blog is a different address.

Please answer the following questions:

1. How much weight loss this week?
2. How much weight over all and percentage?
3. What you thought of this and how it helped you?
4. Are you going to join up for the next competition? There are 4 prices this time...1st place men and women and 2nd place too!

I gained back a lot of the weight I lost this time around...so I ended up losing about 2 pounds.
