At least I didn't gain this week!!!

1. 5 pounds!!!!!! 2.89% 168 lbs
2. 6 pounds, 3.45% Total weight loss thus far
3. yes I have been positive for the most part and wrote down my weekly, monthly and 12 week goals
4. that I start my strength program and do it 3 times this week

I lost 3 lbs which puts my percentage at 4.05% overall since the start of the competition. Traveled a lot this past week so glad to not gain.

Week 2 = 6 lbs = 2.55%
Total = 11 lbs = 4.583%
only hit the treadmill once last week but I did not have bad snacks after dinner.

More treadmill and send Pizza to Jason's house

so far I've lost 2.5 pounds.
I lost 1.5 pounds in week 2 Percentage - ? I'll do that next week when I weign in on time..
These stats are as of yesterday though.

I lost 1 pound.
I'll do my % next time.
We did the ellipitical 5 out of 7 nights and are getting close to our 40 minute goal. Our goal isto move it to early morning to better maximize the potential for loss.

I hate dieting or lifestye change!
