I lost 1.8 pounds this week. which puts my percentage at .85.
At least I didn't gain this week!!!

I lost 3 lbs which puts my percentage at 4.05% overall since the start of the competition. Traveled a lot this past week so glad to not gain.

Week 2 = 6 lbs = 2.55%
Total = 11 lbs = 4.583%
only hit the treadmill once last week but I did not have bad snacks after dinner.

We did the ellipitical 5 out of 7 nights and are getting close to our 40 minute goal. Our goal isto move it to early morning to better maximize the potential for loss.
I hate dieting or lifestye change!
