1. this week went up a pound...but know why
2. same or a little less cuz I gained
have lost 9 pounds since the comp. 12 pounds since I began losing weight
3. To start journaling my food again I have fallen off the wagon in that regard, keep up getting up at five to work out

I lost 2lbs this week!! Yeah, I actually cut out coffee, and ate less.

I'm down a total of 4lbs, which is 1.90% so I only have gee, 16 more to get to my goal weight!!!

I lost a total of 4 lbs now and am at 2.15%. The workouts and food log is working. The big issue for me is on the weekend when we go out.

My goal is to stick to 1,200 calories and 5 -- 45 minute workouts each week. Regardless of the weight loss, I am really enjoying the feeling of having done what I said I would do!
