Week Six Weigh In

Hey Everyone, hope you have had a great week. We are now half way through, believe it or not. Please answer the following questions:

1. weight loss this week

Frustrating week for me! Was sick the first half of the week dropped 5 pounds but then....

1. Reality set in (my body) and I think I went into starvation mode cuz I wasn't eating and when I finally did it was Val. day and we ate at Papa Vinos :0!!!!...I am almost back up to were I was last week. So 1 pound loss

2.5.74% 10 pounds for comp. 13 since began to lose weight

3. Eat my 5 small meals again and work out like a mad woman

Lost 4 lbs total since beginning, so I guess that's 2.92%

Lost 3 pounds from last week, which actually put me back at a total of 1.5%.
OK, let's try and loose 5 pounds this weeks. That sounds crazy but why not ...!!!

3. I was sick most of the week...I still am. I wasn't able to do weight training. I'm planning on do it this week.

-1.0 to 238.5. Total lost = 7.1 or 2.89%. Need to eat less and move more. Duh...

Hello! No loss this week. I'm holding steady. I started doing these FitTV workouts by Cathe Friedrich. I'm enjoying it but trying to tweak my diet. I feel like I'm working out a whole lot but not seeing as much of a weight loss. I love the exercise though b/c I'm really looking forward to it each night.

So I gained back the 2 lbs that I lost from last week. Ahh, well, such is life I suppose. And I'm sick this week. so who knows.
