Ok so I totally forgot to weigh in last week. but I didn't lose anything. and this I somehow managed to lose a pound which is surpriseing to me, because i pigged out yesterday for the superbowl.
So I'm down a total of 2 pounds.

2. 5.46% total of 9.5 pounds
3. To work out harder on my own (ie weights, abs, and cardio)
4. cycle classes and cardio kickbox!

Cathy-
I lost 1 pound this week- so I'm down 2 pounds now- 1.23%
I'm gained over Super Bowl Sunday. My % is now 1.07%. I'm doing better this week with watching my calories and keeping to my goal of 45 minute workouts.
I lost 1 pound last week. This was as of Tuesday morning.
I have lost a total of 4. I still have to figure out percentage, but I suppose it is somewhere around 2.5%.
My goal is just to be a bit more intentional and get to Laurel park to walk in the morning.

I lost 2lbs this week!! Yeah, I actually cut out coffee, and ate less.
I'm down a total of 4lbs, which is 1.90% so I only have gee, 16 more to get to my goal weight!!!
