Mike is down to 249.4 and has lost 9.83% of his body weight.

2. Lost total of 24 pounds 10%
3. run 3 miles on the weekend and continue to workout with the guys 3 days a week
didn't weigh..don't want to. :-P I will next week.

I have been running a lot lately and hope to get back in shape this spring
