FINAL WEIGH IN

Hey Everyone! Hope this experience has been beneficial but hey...lets not stop here join us again for another 12 weeks. Go to www.bcgettinghealthy.blogspot.com to sign up. We have an option of a class too and there is two mandatory weigh ins. One on Saturday the 4th and then Saturday June 20th at Sarah Stoddard's house. After that you can choose to go to the meetings and weigh in there or do it via the blog like before. Either way there will be tips on nutrition on the blog. Remember the blog is a different address.

Just remember sometimes it takes awhile for your body's metabolism to kick into gear so if you don't find the results you are looking for this week don't give up! We have 11 weeks to go!
